Would it harm my two adult RES in any way, if I gave them a tiny amount of liquid multivitamins for babies?

I wouldn't.even a newborn baby weighs more than most adult RES. even if it is ok, it would be very difficult to dose correctly.

And, warm blooded mammals have different metabolic needs than cold blooded turtles, not to mention much faster metabolisms, so weight based dosing would be different.

I do not know that it is unsafe, but I do not think it is necessary.

With a balanced diet consisting of more vegetables than pellets (I use a vege/vege/pellet regime for my nearly 30 year old RES), there should not be a need.

But if you really want there are multi-vits developed specifically for turtles, use that instead.
