Feeding and Nutrition :: woodlouse

hi,
my 2 res (about 6" i think) like to eat live woodlouse, they get crazy when they see one and they eat them in one bite. Is the woodlouse good for their diet? should I continue on feeding them these woodlouse? Thanks in advance

You probably can do it as a treat, though I would make sure you know they come from a clean source and are not just ones you find.
