I've a red eared slider , and I am still new and don't have much experience in them , I give it orange sticks (I actually don't know what is that) which the seller gave me and it eats them , I gave her last week too much lettuce but I noticed that lettuce is harmful , so can it eat cucumbers?

Green or red leaf lettuce is good for them, not sure where you got that it was harmful. Have you looked at the nutrition section? http://redearslider.com/plants.html

Cucumber is fine every once and a while, but doesn't have much nutritional value.
