xfallwithmexo, dishpans are exactly what I use for smaller turtles---I have different colors for different turtles. :D for my larger RES, I use a 10-gallon tank.

I have 2 baby RES about 2 inches big. I have always fed them in their tank but noticed Peanut was trying to get the rest of Butters worm that was still in his mouth so I decided to feed peanut in the tank and put Butter in another container but he would not eat unless hes in the tank so what do I do?

If he's only willing to eat in the tank then let him but take the other turtle out. If would be nice if they both ate in the container and they eventually will... just try again later.
