A really nice turtle food that I have used in the past in RepCal, and it has plenty of Vitamin D3. I got it at this website:
www.petdiscounters.comI am pretty sure you can order from them, though I don't know what the shipping charges would be like. In any case, I think they have UVB bulbs as well. (Not the daylight bulbs, which are different).
You should really only provide calcium if you see your turtle searching for it, such as biting at tank decor too much, or during shedding.
I'm not to familiar with your kind of turtle, but, I know other folks on this forum likely are.
