I just fed a crayfish to Slider. And all I have to say is wow that was brutal.
2 - RES
-Slider 5.5" male
-Luckie 5"
1- eastern painted turtle - Anubis 5.25"
1- southern painted turtle - AmunRa 2.5"
1- northern dbt - Tiki 4"
1- concentric northern dbt - Isis 5"
2 - DSH cats Spike and Grim

And I was scolded for feeding them live frogs! =P I wasn't sure if freshwater crabs or crawfish would be good for them, but I may give it a try. I like it when they get to hunt, it brings them back to nature a little bit. I do feel for the feeder critters, but it's the circle of life.
