pretty sure he'll eat them.

It's almost positive that anything live in your turtle tank will vanish with time.

They might last a bit since he's small, but they will disappear before too long.

I put mine in to clean his tank and that is all it's done. It's gotten kicked a few times but nothing else. It depends on the turtle.

i wanted it to clean the tank but im not sure if it will survive or not...i have gotten 6 fish today. 5 rosy reds and 1 striped sucker fish and they all died within the 1st hour. i took the sucker fish back and a cup of the water to be tested and they said my water is perfect and if this next fish dies then they dont know why the fish keep dying and he also said it could be the turtle pee that is killing the fish. so i got another sucker fish went to a baseball game and when i got home it was dead. but the turtle is doing just fine?

most of the time, when bringing live creatures into a new tank, you need to acclimate their water temperatures. This can be done by placing the bag that the creatures are in (in this case fish) on the surface of the tank water. Id do this for about maybe 30 minutes or so, by then the water in the bag will be close to the same temp that the water of the tank is.

ALSO i highly recommend taking the living species out of the bag and placing it in the tank rather than dumping the store water with the tank water. That can lead to bad endings.

Always trust your own water over someone elses, thats my principle when it comes to new things for the tank.

drtweak & raphulk i placed the bag with the fish into the water for about 45 mins to an hour then i emptied the store water out into except a little bit for them then added some of the water out of the tank into their bags and let them sit in the tank again for about 20 more minutes then i emptied the fish into the water and within an hour they were all dead and none were eaten or had chunks missing like he was nibbling at them

They could have been sick or just harassed to death. My eel will pick on his minnows a lot before he actually eats them.
