For some reason all my petstores have no turtle food of any kind except tortoise, not even my grocery store (wardly) :( and today was supposed to be there feeding day. I have some leftover reptomin i put in and gave them some extra lettuce to hold them

There were a bunch when I was looking into it. If you google "turtle pudding" a few different ones will come up.

and scroll almost to the bottom. I don't know if you really need the food coloring though........

Zoologist makes a good one. PM her and ask nicely, she might just give you the recipe. ;)

Is seems odd that your local pet stores are all out of turtle food...must be some turtle convention going on...LOL. You could also try on-line and remember that they do not need pellets every day or so. Veggies all day and every day are very good for turtles. If I run low or out of something, I supplement it with other things I feed them but only for a short time. And then get back to their normal feeding schedule.
