Even after dipping pellets in tuna juice, my turtle still refuses them. I gave in and let him have a diced carrot yesterday. He ate a huge chunk of it. Is there any other way i can get him to eat his pellets? There Reptomin.

Hunger works wonders...how long did you let him go without food for (and how big is he?) It's unusual that he'll eat veggies but not pellets, usually it's the other way around. Have you tried any other brands? Reptomin is popular with turtles, but he may prefer something else.

Yep, mine is PICKYYYYYYYY, but he will occasionally eat Wardley pellets 1-2 if he's SUPER hungry, but he WON'T TOUCH Reptomin. Even when I'm "sneaking" the pellets into his food, the Reptomin he HATES.

reptomin are mines favorites. but some times they dont eat them so what i do is take fruit veggies and pellets blend them in the blender and put the mix in a ice cube trays and let it settle like a jello and they gobble them up.
