Definitely no spinach, it inhibits the absorbtion of vitamins and other good things your turtle needs in his system.

But yes, That is fine to feed your turtle!

Spinach inhibits the absorption of calcium. It's okay for them to have like a leaf once or twice a month, but needs to be regulated and not given in any sort of majority of lettuce. Also, with those pre-packaged lettuce mixes, watch out for the gross lettuce that becomes soggy, I wouldn't give them that. I gave up on the pre-packaged mixes after we lost so much of it to going bad, so we just buy a head of romaine and a head of red or green leaf lettuce and cut up what we need for dinner that night.

The calcium:phosphorus is very good (2:1) in spinach, its the oxalic acid that causes the interference. Small quantities can be offered, but it should not be a regular part of the diet.

The quote by Chrisbarnett is not in reference to spinach, and I'll try to clarify that when I'm updating the info on the main site.

Far as I can tell, can you list what types of lettuce the bag claims to have in it? Sometimes visual inspection is harder than reading the label ...
