hola, alright i figured out a while ago that i had been over feeding the little green monster, so i cut it basically almost in half. i seen the picture of that fat turtle somebody showed me, i think on this site. im not sure. anyways, i seen how that turtle had like a "roll" above the leg, and thats why it couldnt fit all the way inside the shell. now, im begining to think that im underfeeding. instead of that roll of fat, its sucked it. does anybody know what a tweeker looks like? with the sucked in cheeks and everything? i think hes getting too skinney. but i dont know, does this sound wierd? should i feed em like 10 or 20% more food. now hes about 2 inches big and eats about 13 of those reptomin baby pellets a day. it looks like the skin has to strech thin when he had to extend his legs. but its the skin thats not on the leg, but connecting the leg, inside the shell. anyhelp would be great, later....

When Leo's legs are out her skin looks stretched too, and the skin that is closest to her shell doesn't roll out, I assume that will happen more in a few years when she ages and has had a clutch of eggs.
If you think you're underfeeding, add more veggies, that's always a good addition to the diet.
As for pellets, you should feed only what would fit in the turtle's hollow head. Too much protein will lead to pyramiding and rapid growth.
