Turtles are master beggers! They will always tell you they need more food even when they are stuffed to the gills. In the wild they never know where their next meal is coming from so they are programmed to keep seeking more food all the time.
You can't feed them just because they are begging because that will lead to grossly overfed and unhealthy turtles. However, you don't want to starve the either. Do you know the rule of thumb about how much to feed? Imagine that your turtle's head is hollow, like a thimble (not the neck, just the head). However many pellets it would take to fill the hollow head, that's how much a little turtle should get every day. For a grown turtle (4" inches or more) that's how much he should get every other day.
I don't know what the reptomin baby pellets look like so couldn't say if you're feediing the right amount. If you're still not sure after considering the rule of thumb, you can post a photo on here of the baby turtle's head along side a pellet and we'll help you judge.
