Is nutrafin basix floating gammarus a good pellet, because ive used reptomin last week and got some white'ish worms swimming around my tank, and went back to nutrafin and after a water change theyre gone, besides ive been using nutrafin basix since i have maria~

ah and, maria gets crazy when she see me holding a piece of carrot, as soon as i trow it into the tank se JUmps right onto it like hunting, lol~!

Nutrafin basix is a cheap pellet and isn't very good..usually comes as a free sample with other products. Nutrafin max is as good as reptomin and comes in a little white bottle..I'de use that instead.

white'ish worms swimming around in your tank??? :shock: that's not good. I don't think it was from the food. Parasites usually have various stages in their life cycle from egg to free swimming to parasite (when they attach to a host and begin feeding and laying eggs). These stages can be a couple of weeks apart which may account for them suddenly appearing and then disappearing again after a few days. You should take a sample of your turtles stool into the vet to get checked just in case. They can look for worms and eggs. I'd be worried if I were you.
