I currently live in CT and am attending college. Eventually, although not in the near future because I will graduate in 2 years and maybe have a house in 4 or 5 (hopefully) I might want to consider housing my res, Leo in an outdoor pond.
My question is, is this possible in a cold climate like Connecticut? In the winter it can get rather cold, and there is usually a fair amount of snow. Is there a way to protect the pond from this inclimate weather or would I have to bring the turtle(s) (if i get more by then) inside for those months?
Thanks guys,
Brian
