I live in UAE (Dubai) and im thinking of putting my turtles on the outside so i can get a bigger setup but it gets verry hot sometimes during the summer. maybe upto 110 fah. is that too hot or its fine
As long as you can keep the water temp not going above 80 then 110 degrees outside wont mater. To do that you will probably need a big pond or stock tank so water temps cant rise that fast and half of it should be shaded all the time.

If it goes to 85, empty half the water from it and add in cool water. I sometimes have to do this.
I remember going to UAE in 2008 as soon as I got off the plane it was so hot that it literally felt as if i was standing right next to a BBQ pit. Im not sure if you can but If I were you I would never place my turtles outdoors if I lived there.
