lots of questions about ponds. thought maybe this would give people a few ideas

Looks very nice! Are those all different? I really like the one with grass

yes those are different. the one with the the grass is a 165 gal preformed pond. the other 1 is a 150 gal stock tank. the 1 that is open is a 100 gal stock tank. that was to grow water plants. the turts tear up the plants quickly. however there is 1 turt in there. someone asked us to babysit their turt while on vac. supposed to have come back last weekend but haven't heard from them.

I like seeing how you've critter proofed/ escape proofed them.

Let us know what happens. These are a great inspiration to anyone who wants to do something similar. What are you using for filtration?

the 165 gal pond has a fishmate pressurised filter, plus a diy flow thru filter on it. the 150 gal rubbermaid has a much larger fishmate on it. plus the plants in a stand. the 100 gal has just the plants and mosquito fish. like i mentioned it was just supposed to be a plant tank i hope i haven't inheireted another turt. haha.i just don't have room in the other inside tanks for another.
