Cleaning grime?

There is alot of white stuff whre his waterfall is and it wont come out could we use vinegar on the scrubs?

That's what I use . I take my tank outside and use salt and vinegar literally the both . Between both those things it comes off real good :)

Normally I just go with paper towels. Then a razor scrapper (be careful around the silicone). Then an Original Mr. Clean Magic Eraser if all else fails.

Raise your water level! It will eliminate the bulk of it and your turtle will greatly appreciate the extra room to swim. I've found the best way to remedy white crusties is frequent scrubbing. I probably wipe down the water line on my viewing panels twice a week. It literally takes a minute.

But that's hard water stains . A razor would just scratch the tank . Once a month I take mine outside and scrub it with vinegar and salt and all that stuff comes right off . Then it gets a good rinse and all good :)

A razor shouldn't scratch glass. Soaking and scrubbing is a good way to go.
