Tank set-up critiques

My current set-up:

125 gal Stock Tank (no substrate)
Penn-Plex Cascade 1500 filter
Sicce 80 gal filter
2 water heaters
1 Mercury Vapor blub
1 Sicce water jet (for aeration and fun)

Occupancy:
2 female RES

My question is will this tank be big enough for the future and what improvements can I make now.
Also, one of mine, Blair, is a bit bigger than the other, and tends to be a bit of a bully. I sometimes find her chasing Picasso around the tank, and she has bit her on a number of occasions. However, this behavior is not constant, and they will go for days, sometimes weeks, and get along with no problems. Should I separate them now just to be safe?

Looks good. Separation is tricky... if she's just simply a bully then yes you will have to. The MVB should hang straight down, otherwise it's lifespan is shortened. I like what you're doing with the basking area, maybe it can be cleaned up a bit.

After some deliberation (and few more attacks), I decided I needed to go ahead and separate the girls. Here is the new setup!

I could only fit a smaller ~100 gal tank in the space, but I think Picasso (who is at least an inch smaller than Blair) will do fine until I move and can fit a bigger tank. I still need to touch up the basking areas a little.

Looks nice. What's the longest size stock tank they offer?

The largest I've seen is a 8 x 2 round (not sure of the capacity, but they also have a 390 gal round (6 ft Wx 2 ft H). There's also an 300 gal oval (8 ft L x 3 ft W x 2 ft H).
