I have just rescude two red ear sliders both 3 inch in size will a 120 gallon tank be big enough for them when they are full grown? These are my first tutles so im new at this.

Welcome! It may be enough for now, but you have to think ahead. RES are aggressive in nature and at some point you may have to separate them.

They are close to being able to sex. Once you are able to determine that, you can decide on an appropriate tank size.
