Lol. I know what you mean. Seems a little funny to get so excited about a filter but you know it's going to make you and your turtle(s) happy so it is like Christmas.

That's true. A note on customer service from API aka Mars. Called today and got a message saying to leave a message and they would contact me in no longer than the next day. Never called back today. Must be real busy with a lot of upset people. Customer service? Please!!

At least its on the way ! API hasn't even gotten back with me yet. Day 2. I really don't care at this point I just need to get it fixed and sold. FX is nice dials on top are pretty much useless. They have some cone shaped filter pads and not real sure where to place them? The 5 only uses one blue pad at the top basket.
