It's an fluval heater and she does both. But the thing is the plastic part is broken (the protector/shield) so the heater is exposed in the water like a regular heater....

Is it under warranty? You might want to replace it as soon as you can or even stop using it if you have something else.

A fluval heater. But the plastic casing broke.

I already got a fluval 300watt heater. Like I just bought one off of amazon.. I just saw the price on a 125 gallon and it was pretty cheaper than online. Now if I can just get two decent checks when this new job starts ill be able to pay for it.. Otherwise I'll have to wait untill later...

So do you want to use it despite it's broken casing? There should be a warranty on it or take advantage of Amazon's customer service.
