Usually listing (lop-sided swimming) is a sign of a Respiratory Infection which will need to be treated by a vet for him to recover. Does your turtle have any other symptoms such as lethargy, not eating/reduced appetite, mucus from the nose, open mouth breathing?

You can up the water temp by a little (81-82F) to help boost his immune system, but this isn't a cure. You will still need to take him to a vet.

The lop-sided swimming could mean that your turtle has fluid in its lungs = RI. You really need to take it to the vet.

Kayla, I responded to this in another post of yours. You should take your turtle to a herp vet.

You need to stress to them how important it is. Show them the suggestions that people on this site are showing you. The longer you wait, the less chance there is of survival.

I hate to be so blunt, but if your turtle has RI and you don't get it to a vet, it will die! Not swimming, sleeping a lot, not eating, lethagic behavior are ALL symptoms of RI!!!
