My Nitrate is high

My ph level is 7.4
Ammonia is 0 ppm and Nitrite is 0 ppm
The Nitrate is showing like between 80 ppm and 160
I wonder if the tap water is to blame? The water is clear with no issues.

If your city generally has good tap water, it's probably not it. You can run a test on some tap and check the results.
I'd do at least a partial water change first. Has your turtle been pooping a lot lately?

If she has I haven’t noticed it in the tank the water is flowing enough in the tank the water hardly has any dead spots.

Sometimes they just poop a lot and make a mess. When was the last time you cleaned the filter? What kind of media is in it.
