After I installed the uvb light, I start noticing there are metal like shiny spot on my turtle’s shell. What are they? Should I be concerned? I suspect it is metals coming from the tap water. However, it is only noticeable when he is under water. Find the attached picture for it. Is it shell rot?

I'm not sure where in the picture you want me to focus on, but if it has a golden appearance then it's just an air pocket forming and the scute would shed a thin layer which is normal and healthy.
