General Care Discussion :: Turtle acting more aggressive then usually.

Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

About a day or 2 I notice that my turtle is eating less and her behavior is more aggressive than usually. She is fluttering her claws more often and tries to bit me if I put my finger on the glass. She is also swimming with more intensity. Any suggestions why this may be happening??

Sounds pretty normal. RES usually like to beg and can be pretty aggressive about it (especially when they know it works).
