Hi , i have a eastern painted turtle and i got her when she was te size of a quarter and she had like bumps and stuff my sister and friend got one to and i saw there shells where smooth so i didnt think It was a problem untill now so im not sure what to do and i got her very young too But now she is pretty big and hasent seen so have a problem,
And also i feed her reptomin 2 times a day

Can you post any pictures of it? Pyramiding is usually related to diet problems... overfeeding, lack of calcium, and so forth. Depending on the age and severity, there might not be a lot you can do about it.
