snails in the tank?

Your pet slider really should not be eating any wild caught animals for risk of parasites or diseases... not really worth it. If you want to feed it live food, you can buy crickets worms and feeder fish at your pet store.

Posted: Mon Oct 24, 2016 7:40 pmSnails are a natural food source for turtles and they will eat them. Wild snails are risky source of parasites too. For live food your better off with self raised guppies, pond/ramshorn snails, or worms.
