so
theres 1 female in the tank and 2 males
all the males are constantly fanning her face lmao
then like 4 months after they started theres a bulge nearby her cloaca
and now she looks like shes trying to *ahem* poop 24/7

could it be eggs

Possibly, though only when she's laying them. It's possible she's retaining eggs. You might want to have a vet check her out but also you will probably want to separate her from the males. And if the males do not get along, they will require separation too.
