So I recently found out that my turtle has shell fungus and its little white/grey stuff spreading. I haven't taken it to the vet but for a week I have been applying hydrogen peroxide on its shell and idk if their is any progress so I went to a pet store. I bought an aquarium, a heater and a filter and a calcium stone, The pet store owner said if I keep the water clean, temperature perfect and i drop the calcium stone in there, the shell will be stronger and the fungus will go away so I did that today and I hope to see progress, I have no betadine/ silver sulfdiazine cream where I live and the only treatment I had was hydrogen peroxide and I am going to let my turtle outside for 2 hours a day, will this eventually cure my baby res turtles from shell fungus?

I don't think it would help as shell fungus appears to be aggressive.
