General Care Discussion :: Wild Baby turtles

I found two baby painted turtles outside of my gym.
Not sure how they got here but I decided to take
them while everyone argued. Can i put them with
my pet red earred sliders that i ordered online?

Will the two wild turtles have any bacteria that can
contaminate my other turtle? Not sure what to do.

Best to find where they belong... any fresh water sources near your gym? Might also want to take them to a rescue to get them off your hands. Yes, there is a chance you will be exposing both the wild turtles and captive turtles to different bacteria/organisms. Any considerable size difference could also be problematic.
