I was just searching for a list of reptiles live in Sri Lanka but what I saw there really excited me...Under topic ' American Hard Shelled Turtles ' Red Eared Slider has been categorized as 'Near Threatened'...I really couldn't stop laughing when I saw that,but is there anything 'true' about it ?

Maybe they are "threatened" only in Sri Lanka? If anything, they should be labeled as invasive.
