General Care Discussion :: digging and laying eggs

This is my first time dealing with eggs and I'm not sure how long this takes. It's been 2 hours of digging so far. If she doesn't finish tonight is it ok to take her back inside and put her in the tank and bring her out in the morning again?

If it's her first clutch, it could be a bit tiring for her. I'd try to let her finish. I think my turtles first time took almost 4 hours.
