Striper just makes me laugh - he's been all frisky tonight, swimming around and being goofy. He FINALLY ate something today, bet it just a couple pellets. He ate a small piece of cooked meat yesterday - I only gave him a bite because he wasn't eating and I don't want to spoil him so that he'll ONLY eat meat! Ha ha. So at least now I know he's getting more comfortable here (got him on Friday).

Sometimes he sits under the water and just stretches his back right leg all the way out and fans out his foot ... Anyone else's RES do this? I think it's hysterical.

Turtles stretch their limbs in all kinds of cute ways. It looks uncomfortable to me but turtles seem to enjoy it, esp. while they bask.
