Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

my turt had white spots on her shell 3 or 4 months ago, we gave her sulfa bath. the larger white spots have flaked off and appear to be healing, but some of the smaller white spots have turned a light green, as if algee is grown on them. Is this ok, or normal.

Also it looks to me as if the scales of her shell are comming off in flakes. The shell isn't soft or anything and its not bleeding or raw. It just looks like the shell is peeling. What should I make of this?

The last part sounds like normal shedding to me. As far as the algae, see if you can brush it off with a soft toothbrush and tank water.
