I can't take her to the vet,since she's under 4 inches/I will have no problem with placing UVB close to turtle,and i will look at different UVB lights,but i think i'll go with this 1.I will also caal to vets,and ask if they can look at her

Why can't you take her to the vet since she's under 4 inches? Most vets that I've checked into say under two inches, but then there's some that will see them smaller.

vieniebabe: If you are afraid to take your turtle to the vet because of the 4" law, that isn't an issue. The law is for SELLING turtles, not OWNING them. Have you called a qualified vet to ask if they'd see your turtle or are you assuming that because of that law they won't or that they'd take the turtle away?
