About three years ago I had a shell problem with my turtles, and one of them had an eye infection, several had little abscesses on their legs. The vet told me to keep them dry and let them swim only an hour a day in water at 37°C. After the swim and feeding, I had to dip them in an iodine solution (isobetadine) and the one with an eye infection had to have a daily injection of antibiotics.
This treatment lasted ten days. In the meantime I had to empty both their indoor and outdoor pools completely and scrub them out with bleach (chlorine) and leave them to dry and air out. Before putting them back in a pool, I had to change to a filter with an UV.
It took up all of my time for those ten days, but they got better, and the eye was saved.
I have had some of my turtles for 25 years, but I had then recently adopted two abandoned ones in really bad condition, one of which was the turtle who got the eye problem, and maybe they brought an infection into the group.. Anyway, they all survived thanks to that vet.

Isobetadine is an iodine product without alcohol and it doesn't stain. You have to dilute it in water for their daily bath. If you can't get it in Singapore, maybe someone could send you some.. Otherwise, many years ago, I have used some potassium permanganate in water for shell injuries - also a strong disinfectant. Bear in mind that you only immerse them in this quickly, then leave them out of water until the next day, and the solution mustn't be too strong.
