My turtle Honu who I have had for several months suddenly is on the verge of death. He was acting normally all day. I went out to the movies and my brother called me and said he freaked out and then was lifeless. He takes a breath maybe every 3 minutes. Just laying on his basking spot. eyes wide open and pupils dilated. oldturtle, please...tell me what to do....oh god, I don't want to lose this animal, help me out.

From the homegrowers soul, straight to his lungs. That's the method that I myself find fun. Start from seed and then you'll see, just how fun homegrowing can be.

It's no longer an issue. My little love. My little turtle. He's gone. No more. I don't know what the frig happened. My brother said he was fine one second and the next he was thrashing around like he was seizing. I don't know....the vet said it wasn't my fault...but I still wonder why he had to leave...with this, Turtle Talk crew, I bid you an indefinite farewell. I can't bare to look at that empty tank...much less talk with others about their turtles. I don't plan on getting another turtle....unless I happen to be called to the aid of another, like Honu. So, yeah. It was fun knowing you guys. Bye.
