one of my res who is a year old looks like it is pooping long white worms!? Has anyone ever seen this? It acts like it feels fine and eats well, this is the 2nd time in about a week and a half that I have seen this. Any ideas?

Could be tapeworms. The best thing to do would be to take your turtles to a reptile vet with stool samples. The vet would be able to prescribe the correct dewormer (there are over-the-counter ones, but they aren't effective for all types of worms. If it is tapeworm, you need one from a reptile vet.)

I'd say to separate them, but if they've been together for any length of time, the other one has probably be infected as well (they do eat poop).
