Urgent Care :: Turtle is not moving and swimming just laying with its head

My baby red ear slider is not moving it's front leg and was opening her mouth a lot yesterday. She is completely still laying around and doesn't move. I gave her carrot bath and steam thinking it could be respiratory issue. Pls help

How long has she been like that? Is she eating?
