My red eared slider’s shell fell off on its own and is exposing bone and blood underneath and I don’t know what to do, we don’t have vets near us. He’s almost 2 years old.

If it's bleeding, you should dry dock the turtle. Hopefully there will be some scar tissue build up after if that bone layer sheds. If not, and it is still like in the picture, then you will need to see a vet eventually.
