one if my turtles got bit in the face by my other turtle. my turtles eye is bloodshot red now. I put Zoomeds Repti Eye Drops.. it removed the swelling, but his eye is still bloodshot red.... see the photo

Will this heal itself?
Or do i need to take it to a vet?

It would be best for a vet take a look. Since the injury is internal, I don't think there is much you can do to treat or help it. You need to make careful observations on the progress, but if you haven't done so already, they need to be separated.

I agree with Steve that a veterinarian should see your turtle. Also your turtles should be separated.

I separated the turtles.

I will take it to the vet for examination.

I did research, and maybe if I put him in the sun, the UV will help his eyes?

UV, sun, heat, is good for the turtle but not with this type of injury. Sorry you and your turtle have to deal with this.
