Suddenly and out of the blue for no apparent reason, my turtle is frantically swimming everywhere, hes startled like he's seen a shark or something, but he seems like hes alright now. Does anybody have an idea of what the heck could've happened??

It happens. For my RES it would happen when they get spooked when basking but sometimes when they're peeking out over the water surface.
