How long have you had it? 1 month

What is the water temperature? 77°
Did you use a thermometer? Yes
Are you using a water heater? Yes
How much water is in there? It’s a 20 gallon tank, but only filled halfway
Are you using a water conditioner? Yes
Are you using any filtration? Yes

What is the basking temperature? 92°
Is there a basking light? Yes
Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on? Yes
What kind is it or what is it made out of? It’s a floating turtle dock
Is there a UVB light? Yes

What have you been trying to feed it? Pellets , reptomin, dried meal worms, kale
When was the last time your turtle ate? Today, it eats normally

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? 20 gallons
Is the tank near a window? No
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? No

Have you read the Basic Care section? Yes
Have you searched the forums for similar situations? Yes

His name is Skippy. He swims so fast and frantically at the glass. He’s been kind of doing it during the day the past few days, but it’s non stop when the lights go off. Everything is perfect for him/her (I can’t tell yet). It’s been stressing me out so much and I don’t know what to do.

It's likely he's just begging for more food. As long as he has been getting enough, it's important to not overfeed. Skip the meal worms, and try some red leaf or green leaf lettuce.
