Turtle shell - help!

Are you using a water heater? yes
How much water is in there? 130 Lt
Are you using a water conditioner? no
Are you using any filtration? yes
What is the basking temperature? 90 F
Is there a basking light? yes
Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on? yes
What kind is it or what is it made out of? basking platform made of some floating material (?)
Is there a UVB light? yes
What have you been trying to feed it? pellets
When was the last time your turtle ate? this morning
How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? 80cm length x 40cm width x 60cm height
Is the tank near a window? no
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? no
Have you read the Basic Care section? yes
Have you searched the forums for similar situations? yes
Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms? Some old scutes have turned white. He seems to be shedding, but it seems to be a messy process. Other than these, he is very active, eats whatever is given to him, basks often, swims alright. (I'm aware he has some pyramiding going, I'm trying to change his diet and feed him more greens and less pellets.)

Yes, I'm on it. I used to feed him every morning a portion as big as his head, but I'm changing it to every other day + greens. I think the problem is that he doesn't eat the adult food (for some reason he really hates it), only the baby one and the baby food is kinda higher on proteins. I'll keep an eye on him for a few days and if I see any change for the worse on his spots I'm gonna contact his herp vet.
