Well guys, I seriousy need to take them asap to some vet, but I'm back to my house only monday. I need to know if some friend of mine can do something meanwhile.

So, it all started with the older turtle of the tank, about 5yo. She always had some disease, so this time, I didn't think it was something serious. A weird hurt appeared at the top of her head, that looked like something was peeling its skin off. I thought maybe she was rubbing her head on her shell. She healed after some basic care. But this disease appeared again! And in all the four turtles of the tank!!!!
In a first moment, something like a tiny bubble appears under the skin, and few days later, the area look like the bubble "exploded" and left the hurten area.
Here are some pic guys. Please let me know if I can do something before monday.

About the questions:
How big is your turtle?
4 turtles, 2 yo, and three 4yo at least

How long have you had it?
A month. disappeared and now it's back

What is the water temperature?
Ambient temp.
Did you use a thermometer?
No
Are you using a water heater?
No
How much water is in there?
About 700L

Are you using a water conditioner?
Not amnymore

Are you using any filtration?
Yes, filtration and UV filter. But UV filter is broken for 2 months I guess. I can't find a new bulb in my town. I made the filter by myself

What is the basking temperature?
Outside tank. Only sunlight. It's summer here in my country.

Is there a basking light?
Nope

Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on?
yes

What kind is it or what is it made out of?
It's made of metal, but it's not sharp

Is there a UVB light?
Sunlight

What have you been trying to feed it?
I feed them with turtle food, some dark-green leaf veggetables, some fruits like banana (I also have trachemys dorbigni here), and sometimes cooked liver, and rats

When was the last time your turtle ate?
Eating everyday

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure?
About 1,5m x 1,2m x 0,8m . 1000 liters tank

Is the tank near a window?
Outside tank

Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity?
Nope. It's in the garden area

Have you read the Basic Care section?
Yes sir, I have this turtles about 2 years nhttp://www.redearslider.com/forum/post ... c2646635ow

Have you searched the forums for similar situations?
Yes, I only found something about lumps and stuff. It does not look like it

Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms?
Due to rain and lack of uv filter, water was green. In the tank I have 3 little fishes (which the turtles should have hunt, and anoter fish that cleans tank walls which idk the name in english)

Very odd place for abscess, especially one that serious and that is contagious. I have no idea what's causing but has any type of treatment been done before? Usually some dry docking and antibiotic ointment will be enough.

The first time the t. Dorbigni self healed, was a lesser wound. I just dry docked her, and with time, she was fine again. I tought that was some fight scar with the t. Dorbigni male

How long between wounds? It's possible it never healed or developed scar tissue... that's the problem with some abscesses. It's very possible and I would think likely that these could be from fighting but I would think you would have noticed some of it. As for injuries and wounds, animals usually like to repeatedly target those areas.
