Well guys, I seriousy need to take them asap to some vet, but I'm back to my house only monday. I need to know if some friend of mine can do something meanwhile.

So, it all started with the older turtle of the tank, about 5yo. She always had some disease, so this time, I didn't think it was something serious. A weird hurt appeared at the top of her head, that looked like something was peeling its skin off. I thought maybe she was rubbing her head on her shell. She healed after some basic care. But this disease appeared again! And in all the four turtles of the tank!!!!
In a first moment, something like a tiny bubble appears under the skin, and few days later, the area look like the bubble "exploded" and left the hurten area.
Here are some pic guys. Please let me know if I can do something before monday.

Very odd place for abscess, especially one that serious and that is contagious. I have no idea what's causing but has any type of treatment been done before? Usually some dry docking and antibiotic ointment will be enough.

The first time the t. Dorbigni self healed, was a lesser wound. I just dry docked her, and with time, she was fine again. I tought that was some fight scar with the t. Dorbigni male

How long between wounds? It's possible it never healed or developed scar tissue... that's the problem with some abscesses. It's very possible and I would think likely that these could be from fighting but I would think you would have noticed some of it. As for injuries and wounds, animals usually like to repeatedly target those areas.
