I have a juvenile red eared slider, and I was forced to evacuate from my home in Florida due to hurricane Matthew. My house is in the surge zone so i might come home to nothing. I'm keeping my turtle in a container with some rocks piled up on one side. I'm staying at my uncles house which is 64 degrees f inside. I am worried that he will freeze over night. Right now he is outdoors but I'll have to bring him in before the storm hits. I'm still in Jacksonville just further inland. Please respond fast this is really stressing me out. Thank you

He should be fine in 60F temps for short periods. You can keep him dry, that would be easier to manage. Goodluck and stay safe Ben!
