I noticed after rearranging the tank my turtles are in that my female razorback has a small scratch above her eye and I was wondering if you guys think I need to take her to see a vet and whether or not I should continue to keep her in a separate tank, I moved her as soon as I noticed the scratch, please help!

Was there any bleeding? Most small injuries just require a bit of dry docking and might not even be necessary if your turts an aggressive basker.

I didn't see any bleeding it's just white and the flap of skin is still attached and in the week I've had her she's never been completely out of the water unless I took her out of the tank to move stuff around. I tried to post a picture but it said it was too big. Right now I have her in a separate tank from the one she's usually in

I didn't want to put anything in there that the flap of skin might get caught on

I would try some short-term basking / dry docking just to start.
