Most of it looks like it's just dry. The circle all the way on the right might need a little investigation. What's your setup like?

Are you using a water conditioner? Yesterday a change the water and drop a conditioner in it
Are you using any filtration? Yes, a submersible boyu filter

What is the basking temperature? room temperature
Is there a basking light? no
Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on? yes
What kind is it or what is it made out of?
Is there a UVB light? no

What have you been trying to feed it?

Once a day

Texturized soy protein (TSP), rice flour, fish meal, vegetal fibre, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), dehydrated spirulina, refined soybean oil, vitamin mineral premix (vitamins A, D3, E, K3, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, calcium pantothenate, folic acid, vitamin C, choline chloride, iron sulfate, copper sulfate, zinc oxide, manganese monoxide, sodium selenite, calcium iodite, DL-methionine), antioxidants (citric acid, ethoxyquin, propyl gallate, BHA, BHT).

Kinda confused here You have stated:

So what you are saying is as see it, Your room always stays in the 80 degree range to upper 80’s? That is pretty hot for normal room temperature for daily living but OK for the turtle though depending on the cage, cooler end hotter end.

So basically, the room is not normal for humans being really warm kinda like outside beach weather pretty much, but not comfortable for daily living. You have no lighting meaning UVA or UVB but the good thing I guess is it is near a window. UVB however in general can be blocked by glass.

Correct me if I am wrong here but I see you using temperatures as Celsius and liquid amounts in liters. Both of these are not usually said by Americans often yet other Nationalities do. Where are you from?

When you mention “ 50 L and in ALL COUNTRIES 50 L measures out anywhere from 10 gallons to 13 gallons depending on the country you are in. Then you state that the tank / pond / enclosure is 50 x 50 x 40, What you basically stated is that with this little of water, it is basically a drop of water in the tank where it would be impossible for the turtle to even submerge any part of its body at all.

My conclusion and it is in no way to be offensive, just trying to help but with very warm room temperatures in the 80’to 86 degree area meaning what little water you have in-between 10 and 13 gallons of water in an enclosure that is nearly 4 feet long and nearly 4 feet wide and nearly 3 feet deep which is way more than a 55 gallon tank and I bet closer to a 90 gallon tank with only 10 to 13 gallons of water and the turtle I take it is between 4 ½ to 5 inches, Most of the turtle is in no way shape or form is submerged in any water at all. Almost like keeping it on dry land period. The little bit of water you do have in there with your very warm room will indeed evaporate very fast as well. This explains why you stated you don't have a basking area at all.

Sorry to say and I am normally a positive person but this turtle will die according to what you listed from dehydration alone. Not enough water at all in any regards. The time frame of ownership is questionable because this turtle could not live very long without the water. The tank size is fine, the water is not. Once water is adjusted, then you have to really worry about the UVB AND UVA .

This is a water turtle, Not Land tortoise. The only thing that I can think of is based on your Nationality, some countries see mainly land tortoises, as a example for the residents on the Galapagos Islands , they do see and many water turtles. This thinking pattern can result in the some people getting these two animals confused there for mixing up the needs for each species.

Please, I did not post these things to criticize you by any means nor do I ever want to with anyone. I simply went by your responses and I fear for the life of the turtle. Please do the right things and read over the care sheets provided on the forums and get this little one its needs. You did the right thing by asking for help but at the end of the day, it is your responsibility since your turtle can’t provide its own and no one else can being none of us on the forums live with you. Other than that, if you don’t want to keep him or her, I would suggest finding a home that can meet the little ones needs. You seem to enjoy it though, so please see what you can do for it after reading the care sheets.
