She is with a male and has laid about 4 eggs since Sunday am in the water. I have filled a pool with dirt and sand and have put her in it at different intervals bit she hasn't laid any in the sand only in the water in her tank. I have felt for eggs and didn't feel any but have a feeling she still has more how do I make her comfortable enough to lay them and how long should I wait to see if she lays them on her own before taking her to a vet. I don't want to have her suffer egg binding but also don't want to stress her out if I can get her to lay them!

Any outdoor areas for her to nest? Is it warm enough? Eggs are laid and buried on land, so she didn't find anything suitable for her and held them in until now. It's good that she's expelling them... go ahead and feel if she has more. And she will with a male, and you will have to separate them sooner than later.

Unfortunately I'm in canada so it's still too cold for her to lay them here outside. I have felt but didn't feel anything. I have provided her with a deep wide pool filled with sand and dirt but she isn't laying them. I know I'm dreading having to give one of them up!

You don't have to give them up, but you will need to be creative down the line.

Lol oki. So any idea how long I should let her try lay the eggs naturally before bringing her to a vet? It's be 4 days as of today that she's been laying eggs. She's laid 4 so far all in the water.

If you're feeling for eggs correctly, and she doesn't have any then I would say you are in the clear. However, they are probably mating so her being gravid will be an issue again.
